This law practice
has records which show that it existed at Bourton-on-the-water
in 1742. For two hundred years it was run by successive generations
of the Kendall family, the last of whom can still be remembered
by many local people and hence the retention of that name in
the title of the firm.
The family nature of the firm continued when W.G. ("Tony")
Davies joined in 1948. He is now a Consultant and two of his
sons Huw and Richard are the current Directors of Kendall &
Davies Limited, they both practiced in London before joining
the firm. The firm serves clients not only in the Cotswolds
but also throughout the United Kingdom and other countries as
well.
In January 2007 Rowena Warrington joined the Kendall and Davies
team. Rowena previously ran her own practice, Warrington &
Co, in Moreton-in-Marsh.
