LEGAL CASHIER – FULL-TIME
We are looking to recruit a full-time Legal Cashier to be based at our Bourton on the Water office, to deal primarily with the office account, nominal postings and purchase ledger. This is an office-based role, reporting to the Practice Manager and there will be some overlap with the full-time Cashier we have. The successful applicant will be flexible in their working approach and be available to cover holidays and sickness when required. Hours of work ideally to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This is a busy, demanding role where accuracy and attention to detail, professionalism and speed are essential. The work is varied and you will interact with most of the other members of the firm in your day-to-day duties. Knowledge and experience of using MS Office including Excel required as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience of working as a legal cashier or book-keeping experience is required.

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – FULL-TIME
We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Residential Conveyancer to work at our Moreton in Marsh office. Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives are encouraged to apply.
This is primarily an office-based position, although there may be some opportunity for hybrid working.
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and new building property transactions.
This is a self-sufficient role with limited admin support and the successful candidate will be responsible for their own typing and client communication, as well as efficiently managing conveyancing tasks throughout the whole transaction.

FLOATING LEGAL SECRETARY – FULL-TIME
We are currently looking to recruit a full time, floating legal secretary to provide cover for holidays and other absence when required at our four offices in Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh and Burford.
This is a varied and interesting role and work areas to be covered include both Residential and Commercial Property, Family, Private Client and Litigation. We are looking for someone organised, flexible in their working approach and confident who can work calmly under pressure and on their own initiative.
The role will be based at the Moreton in Marsh office but willingness to travel to our other offices is essential. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. Competitive salary dependent upon experience, 30 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank Holidays, and company pension.
